This project takes place in the historic Nissen Building located in downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Objectives: Upgrade the kitchen/living area layouts, upgrade M.E.P fixtures, and create a classy yet livable aesthetic.

Skills Exemplified: Sight measuring, NKBA compliance, and overall space planning.

Software Used: 20 20 Design, SketchUp, Lumion
