CAPONE COFFEEHOUSE

This project focuses on the renovation of a historic home into a local coffeehouse.

Objectives: turn a residential home into a commercial space, provide optimal work space function, maintain ADA accessibility, create several settings for guests to sit, create an Old World Spain aesthetic, and provide a design board for the client.

Skills Exemplified: Case study research of functionality and minimum requirements for coffee shop, interviews with industry workers, and visual client communication.
