DANDELION PARK

This project is the culmination of all of my schooling knowledge. This project includes the complete interior renovation and construction of a public building for three distinct tenants. Of the three business tenants are: Chamomile Art Collective, Willow Day Spa, and Right Thyme Flex Offices.

Objectives: Provide functionality for each tenant's space based on business classification, adhere to strict client needs and code restrictions, adhere to ADA guidelines, include a central lobby for all tenants, provide adequate furnishing/material selections, equip existing plumbing lines, and create distinct aesthetics for each space.

Skills Exemplified: Intensive background research, space planning, detailed drawings, knowledge of material selections, 3D computer aided design, and visual client communication.

Software Used: AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop
